3 Miles and a Lift
We stayed up a little later than normal to watch the Super Bowl and let the kids play late. I opted for an afternoon run and shut the alarm off. Everyone slept till about 6pm. I’ll take it. Seems like every time I turn my alarm off everyone sleeps in. When I set my alarm everyone is up early!

We spent the morning playing around the Kennedy Space Center. The kids had a blast. Then they fell asleep on the way home and took three hour naps! Amazing!
After naps we went and ran around the playground for an hour and then I got ready to head out for my run!
Told myself that if I went for a run and did my lift I could fuel with some pop tarts! It worked to get me out the door!

I did three miles outside! The weather was perfect. I once again ran way too fast! BUT it did feel easy, so that was a pleasant surprise.
I followed up my run with a lifting session!
