Week 1 Recap!
Week 1 Recap:
Week one was rough, but awesome at the same time. Life through every obstacle possible to get me to give up on my training plan this week. But I made it happen! I had to switch my off day around, other than that I hit all of my planned runs and even did a couple lifts that I was only planning to start next week. I would call week 1 a super win!
Week 1:
Monday – 3 Miles & Lift
Tuesday – 2 Miles
Wednesday – Off/ Long Walk
Thursday – 3 Miles & Lift
Friday – 2 Miles
Saturday – 3 Miles
Sunday – 2 Mile
Total: 15 Miles
Next Week we move to 16.5 Miles!
