Running and Fitness Favorites

Below are links to some of my Running and Fitness Favorites!

Clothing

Sports Bra – This has been my favorite sports bra for running for a while now. I love the feel of the long line. I also love that it is compressive, but not overly tight. Comfortable and Compressive, perfect!

Leggings – I have enjoyed these leggings for both lifting and running.

Tank Tops for Running – I randomly ordered this tank top when I needed something bright to run in the dark. I now have almost every color. I love it!

Spandex Shorts for Running (5″ Perfect Length!)

Watch

Watch – I use the Apple Watch for my everyday watch and my running watch. I switched in late 2022 because I wanted the cellular feature to allow me to run without my phone and be safe. I also wanted to step away from the amount of stats the Garmin watch was providing me, and start to run by feel. I still love my Garmin though and as I ramp up speed work, I will start using both!

Apple Watch Band – I tested out a lot of bands, and this one is my favorite for running and all day wear. I like that I can adjust the sizing easily while running.

Running Watch – This has been my go to watch for years. I love it and have owned multiple. I switched to the apple watch mostly because I wanted less stats and I wanted the cellular feature when I am out on a run without my phone or with my kids for safety reasons. I still love the Garmin watch. As I start more speed work I will start using both the Garmin and Apple.

Strength Training Equipment

TRX Straps – I use these at least once a week as part of my lifting workouts.

Adjustable Weights – I have has these adjustable weights for years. I will be upgrading soon, but these are great for the price and last a very long time.

Safety!

Visibility Lights– I use these lights when I run in the early morning hours. I attach one to my top, and hold the other in my hand.

Running Accessories/Other:

Water Jogging Belt – I use this belt to run around the pool while the kids play. It is a great cross training workout.

Body Glide (for chafing, and keeping spandex from riding up!)

Hydration/Energy

Skratch Chews – I use these chews either before a morning workout or as fuel during my longer runs.

Skratch Hydration – I use this hydration mix everyday. I have at least one scoop daily. I also add it to my water bottle for longer runs. This stuff is like magic.

NUUN – I use this for everyday electrolyte intake, as well as, their immunity for trying to stay healthy with two toddlers!

Water Bottle  – This is my everyday water bottle. Nothing better than a bottle to keep you water cold all day.

Straw Top for Water Bottle – I add a straw top to my water bottle. I feel like when I have a straw I drink more money.

Running Water Bottle – I love this water bottle. It is easy to carry and sip from while running. It also has a pocket to hold chews or gels.
