Hurricane Home Workout
We are riding out the storms at home. We are on the opposite coast, so we are just looking at tropical storm like conditions, but still playing it safe and staying home for the next few days.
I was going to try and fit in a run today before the storm got really bad, but it was off and on raining all day and I didn’t want to risk anything.
I ended up doing two Flash 15 strength workouts on the peloton app. The workouts were two different 12min EMOM workouts. I love EMOM workouts, they are the best for when I’m just doing strength. It adds in a cardio component.
This weather came at the perfect time for my training plan. It’s forcing me to take an actual rest before I get into more intense training next week.
I am itching to start another training plan though. The feeling of motivation and passion is back and I love it!
Excited to start getting the legs moving fast again!
