45min Bike Bootcamp
Today I felt tired. I had a rough night of sleep and my anxiety is extra high about leaving the kids for longer than we have ever left before.
I spent the day packing and cleaning, and trying to keep my anxiety under control.
I escaped for a 45 minute bike bootcamp class around 4:00. It was just what the body and mind needed.
I think I am going to wake up extra early for a quick treadmill run. Get my mind ready for a day of travel.
