Peloton Classes – 30Min Bike & 30 Min Strength for Runners
We went for a nice walk this morning down the trail close to our house, and then had a pretty lazy day. Perfect Friday.
Later in the afternoon I snuck out to the garage to get in a workout. Today was a cross training day, and I decided on dedicated bike and strength workouts today. 30Min Bike followed by a 30Min Strength for Runners. It was a good mix. I definitely get a better lifting workout with its own dedicated time; however, I love the bootcamp classes more. They make the workout go by faster. I will probably still switch things up, but for now I will stick to the bootcamps more. Keeping things fun around here!
Long Run Tomorrow! I think I am going to try and go super early and do most of it on the treadmill since it will be dark, we will see if I change my mind in the morning. I am ready for a morning run done before the kids wake up.
