Beach & 45min Biking Bootcamp

Spent the morning on the beach, let the kids run around in the water for an hour or so during low tide. We all loved it. There is nothing like starting your morning on the beach. It just makes for a great day.

The plan was then to go to my parents house to cook out, and hangout by the pool. I knew that if I didn’t get a workout in before we went. It would be a struggle when I got home. 

I braced myself for the hot humid weather and did a 45min Peloton Biking Bootcamp. I am really enjoying mixing my weight training with my cross training. During this base build up its really working for me.

This week my weekday runs are up to five miles. Going to try and sneak out tomorrow morning and get the miles in!
