Four Sunrise Miles
Morning run. Check! I was able to get up have some breakfast, coffee and water and then head out around 6:30 for my run. It was amazing. The fuel before helped so much. It was also nice to catch the sunrise during the run instead of starting and ending in the dark. I am feeling stronger each run, and a lot of my walk breaks now are more mental I think. I need to find a better loop trail and try that out. The out and back routes that I have been doing get in my head a little.
We spent the rest of the day hanging out by the pool. I need to step up my hydration game. I’ve been slacking!
I am switching my off day from Friday to tomorrow because we are off to Disney for a full day of fun, and I have blood work in the morning so I don’t want to workout before that.
