Lauren’s Journal: Best Self Challenge Day 4
Best Self Challenge Day 4. Another day checked! Again I’m loving this challenge. I have been forcing myself to get out the door just because of this challenge.
I need to lift the next three days to meet the additional goal. That is not ideal, but I will hopefully plan better next week.
Todays run was short and sweet, and a little faster. We had some ran in the forecast so I tried to sneak in a run in the break between storms.

- 80 Ounces Water. Check
- Run a Mile. Check
- Fasting Glucose – 96
I can already feel myself sticking to this challenge for a while. When I feel like I have fully created habits, I might level up the challenge.
