Challenge Day 2! Success!
Tuesday, April 5th, 2022
- Drank 80 ounces of water!
- Ran one mile
- Fasting Blood Sugar – 96
I came close to skipping running today. Posting about the challenge helps hold accountability. My legs were feeling the little lifting session I did yesterday. I was proud of myself for getting out and committing to the mile a day.
My paces are getting quicker and easier and that is a welcomed surprise, and a much needed motivation push!
