30 Jumping Jacks

15 Shoulder Press

15 Squats

15 Reverse Lunges

15 Floor Press

15 Bent Over Row

Repeat 3-4x

There are so many benefits to a full body workout. They allow you to fit a lot of work if you are under a time constraint. They allow you to get in a great workout without fully causing fatigue on one muscle group.

I like full body workouts when I’m either short on time, when I’m feeling a little bored with my workouts, or when I have zero motivation.

They keep my mind changing and me from quitting a workout because I’m tried and over it.
