30min Walk/Run 

I am still not feeling 100% after traveling. I’ve decided I am going to take this as a recovery week and let my body get back to feeling better before I stress it out some more. 

I have officially ended my base training phase and next week I’m going to start Project Fast 5k. My goal is to start racing some 5ks. First one will be a Turkey Trout on Thanksgiving. I’m excited for an official goal and some base training. 

Today I did a 30min walk/run. I’m trying to get at least 30mins of exercise each day. Even if it’s a walk. Today was short and slow, but just what the body needed.
