3 Miles to End Week 2
It was a rough day! I woke up stressed and anxious and it seemed to get worse every second.
I was able to sneak in three miles on the treadmill. They were hot and sweaty but we got them done. I do still enjoy the roads more, but there is something nice about a controlled pace and distance. It’s easier to zone out.
Week 2 of training is in the books. I’m am extremely proud of myself for sticking with this plan. It is creating more and more confidence. It’s also nice to know I will have a little bit of time to myself to work towards some goals each day. Consistency is life changing. Running is life changing.
